What we've done..1000m2 of felt roofing at Barry College...Uniclad has recently completed over 1000m2 of built up felt roof system on two buildings at Barry College. The first roof was stipped back to the decking before the new surface was applied. On the second roof we were requested to overlay the existing surface. Working in partnership with Ruberoid meant regular visits from the Ruberoid Technical Department, ensuring the specifications were vigorously adhered to and enabling a full guarantee to be issued to the client.
Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society protected for 25 years...We were approached by Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society to refurbish the roof on their St John's Square branch in Cardiff. Utilising state of the art polymeric single-ply roofing products we have achieved a premium finish that is expected to last for over 25 years. As well as achieving long lasting protection, the products used are environmentally friendly. The sheeting contains no chlorine or halogens. Being pure polymer they can be recycled to create new waterproofing sheets with the added benefit that the materials won't rot and don't have any added components that will "leach out".

From old and ugly to sparkling brand new...Uniclad Roofing Services have recently concluded the complete refurbishment of a project at Corus' Llanwern facility. After competitive tender Uniclad Roofing Services were awarded the £300,000 refurbishment of the North, East and West elevations of the Cold Mill. One of the key design goals was to significantly increase the natural light inside the building, a challenge thatwe met with striking results. The entire project was managed successfully to conclusion to the complete satisfaction of Corus, to be aesthetically pleasing and in keeping with the business new image. Tesco's new roof...Uniclad Roofing Services competed through the tender process and were subsequently awarded the £150,000 contract to completely refurbish the roof of Tesco's Regional Head Office. The project included the complete removal and refurbishment of the entire roof with single ply membrane. College reaches new heights...Not only is Aberdare College a facility of higher learning, but now it is also a place of higher aesthetic value and more visually pleasing. Uniclad Roofing Services are currently undertaking works to completely refurbish all side elevations including new windows of this facility. The programme is currently on target to finish ahead of schedule with complete satisfaction so far attained through the process. |
